Originally from a Law and Real Estate background, He joined the advertising agency French Lloyd as an Account Director responsible for BMW in the UK. Later, Stuart was appointed to the Board with a mandate to develop new business, securing accounts with Akai, Balfour Beatty, Gillette, Jeep, Daihatsu, and Rolls-Royce. Additionally, He managed sponsorship and events for the agency’s clients.
He was then appointed an Account Director at CSS. Primarily responsible for handling the England Cricket Team, Williams Motor Sport, JPS World Powerboat Championship and PR for Virgin Atlantic Blue Riband attempt for the Atlantic record.
Served as Senior Vice President of Telemundi international, opperating from their London office. Extensive experience in licensing and merchandising. He was responsible for diversifying the Group’s licensing interests into sponsorship through a network of 22 offices worldwide. This led to the Group acquiring the exclusive marketing rights to numerous significant properties, including three consecutive FIFA World Cups, Universal Expo 1992 in Seville, Rugby World Cup 1991, Cowes Week, Guards Polo Club, Arena di Verona, the Van Gogh Museum, and many others.
He then formed his own consultancy dealing with the rights to the Worlds Gymnastics Championships the Football League, the Ruby League World Cup and Centinery 95, The Welsh & Scottish Rugby Unions and the first professional British & Lions Tour 1997 to South Africa.
